“Bob Dallatore was excellent. We called in this morning, which is a Saturday, got the answered service, and then promptly received a phone call from Bob. I explained the problem and we set a time for him to come to do the repair. We have the Gold service plan so fortunately he was able to come the same day. He quickly analyzed the problem, presented the price for the part and labor and got our OK to do the repair. The repair was very quick and Bob is so professional and polite. He was a pleasure to work with. Our regular service person is Jared and he is truly excellent as well. We have been with Shearer for 17 years and are very happy with this company.”
